Inspirational Thoughts: None of us will ever accomplish anything excellent or commanding except when he listens to this whisper which is heard by him alone.  ~  Ralph Waldo Emerson

What’s your inspirational threshold? How much inspiration do you need to make it through the challenging times in your life? How much inspirational nourishment do you get when things are going well?

These are important questions to ask yourself. Why? If you can truly understand what inspires you, you can more readily replenish your supply when it matters the most. You’ll also know how to ride out the positive inspirational momentum to its fullest.

It’s not what you do once in a while, it’s what you do day in and day out that makes the difference.  ~ Jenny Craig

You see, most people make the mistake of waiting until things are really bad before seeking an inspirational thought. Why?  Being inspired is like taking a positive dose of medicine to keep healthy and whole.

So think about it -  what inspires you?  Is it inspirational quotes, a good movie, beautiful music or something else? Personally,  I’ll take my inspirational fix wherever and however I can get it. So should you.

Following, I share several inspirational mottos and slogans for you to consider. Maybe you can use one as your theme statement as you commit to inspiring yourself to the fullest:

Hope sees the invisible, feels the intangible and achieves the impossible.  ~  Unknown

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.  ~   Dr. Robert Anthony

Let Go and Let God.  ~  Anonymous

Live, Love, Laugh.  ~  Anonymous

Takes a licking and keeps on ticking.  ~  Timex

Celebrate the moments of your life.  ~  General Foods

Ham and Eggs: A day’s work for a chicken; A lifetime commitment for a pig. ~  Anonymous.  No which will you be….a chicken or a pig?

Ending inspirational thoughts:  Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense. This day is all that is good and fair. It is too dear, with its hopes and invitations, to waste a moment on yesterdays.  ~  Ralph Waldo Emerson
